1. New wardrobe pending…
It’s time to say goodbye to casual Zoom attire (a respectable shirt paired with your oldest pair of pyjama bottoms). If, like the rest of us, you’ve spent most of the last 12 months in your jim-jams, now’s the time to refresh your wardrobe with some Swansea shopping. And if you’re not quite ready to ditch being comfortable, at least treat yourself to some new PJs… Hint: Superdry has some lush loungewear sets that are perfectly stylish and snuggly!
2. Benefit and MAC arrive at Boots
We bet you didn’t realise that Boots Swansea is now the home of two new make-up counters. That’s right, you can now go beauty-crazy with Benefit and MAC at Boots in the Quadrant. And with beer gardens set to open on Monday 26 April, don’t forget to book an appointment at the Benefit Brow Bar to make sure those brows are back on fleek!
3. Beer garden outfits
Speaking of beer gardens, have you got your post-lockdown outfit all sorted yet? If not, the lovely people at Quiz Swansea have got you covered. So whether you’re going for casual chic for day drinks or looking to add some glitz and glamour back into your life, you definitely deserve to treat yo’self. Grab your sunnies and a trusty tote, and you’ll be ready to go; bring on Summer 2021!
4. Post-lockdown pampering
It’s been a tough old year for everybody, and nobody could blame you for wanting some post-lockdown pampering. Lucky for you, The Body Shop Swansea are here to help. They reopened with a wonderful treat for us all: new products! The brand-new vegan Body Butter range is good for your skin, good for the planet, and good for the community. In particular, their Avocado Body Butter, made with Hass avocado oil and Community Fair Trade shea butter, smells and feels absolutely divine. Loving yourself has never felt this good.
5. Hitting the gym in style
Gyms in Wales are set to make their long-awaited comeback on Monday 3 May, and we salute those of you who are chomping at the bit to hit the weights. What better way to mark the occasion that to grab yourself some snazzy new gym gear? Go on, you know you want to… JD Sports Swansea is ready for you.
6. Holiday dreaming
Dreaming of a holiday in the sun, lying by the pool and drinking cocktails? You’re not the only one! Most of us are more than ready to jet off and enjoy a relaxing break somewhere warm, as soon as it’s safe enough. Why not speak to the team at TUI Swansea and look to put something in the diary; after all we all need something to look forward to, especially on a rainy day.
7. Awesome parking offers
If you’re driving in to Swansea to see us, there are some great new parking offers for you in the Quadrant car park. Right now, it costs just £1 for one hour and £2 all day from 9:30 am… and it’s FREE on Sundays. Sounds like a weekend shopping spree is on the cards, if you ask us (we’re not biased, promise)!
We’re thrilled to have been able to welcome you back to the Quadrant Shopping Centre in Swansea this week, and we’re looking forward to seeing you all very soon. Are you looking for the Quadrant Swansea opening times? You can find these here.
