Swansea Bus Station is at the end of the West Mall. There are 20 stands for local services and 3 stands for National Express services. The bus station can be contacted on 01792 479820
Cash points are located by Boots in the South Mall and WHSmith in the North Mall.
Changing Places Location
There is a Changing Places location in the bus station within the Swansea Mobility Hire facility. This facility has a spacious toilet facility and a height adjustable bench and hoist.
Click and Collect spaces
There are 6 free Click and Collect spaces in Garden Street where customers can park for up to 15 minutes.
The centre provides free WiFi through BT. Customers need to select BT Wifi-Quadrant and provide their email address to connect.
Lifts & Escalators
The centre has one lift located at the end of the South Mall and one in Boots and one in Debenhams. Whilst the centre does not have escalators, there are escalators within Boots.
Lost Property is held in the management office. There is also a Lost Property section in the bus station (tel no 01792 572255), Debenhams (08445 616161) and Boots (01792 643461).
A post box is located upstairs in WHSmith in the Post Office.
Security & First Aid
The Ambassador Team are first aid trained and three defibrillators are available, one in between Body Shop and Ernest Jones, another between WHSmith and USC and one in the control room.
Swansea Mobility Hire
Swansea Mobility Hire (formerly Shopmobility) can be found in the bus station by the Garden Street entrance. Cars can be parked at the far end of Garden Street. There are 11 spaces available. Manual wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available. A membership form needs to be completed and two proof of identification provided and a £5 deposit is required. This facility is open Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 4.30 pm and is provided by The City and County of Swansea.
There are two nearby taxi ranks
- By St Mary’s Church at the East entrance
- At the South end of the bus station between the bus station and Tesco.
For the toilet facilities to be open we have to manage social distancing so only a limited number of customers are permitted to enter at any one time. This is managed by one of our team. There is an enhanced cleaning regime with a deep clean taking place hourly for 15 minutes, so the toilets need to close for this period. We ask you please to be courteous to our team, as they manage an maintain these facilities for your health & safety. Thank you.
Short and long covers are available at the East and North entrances for customers to put their wet umbrellas in.
A wheelchair is available free of charge. A form needs to be completed and ID shown.
